We want you to love your purchase from Lair Gadgets. All of our products are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind

However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
