This website is operated by Lair Gadgets LLC ("Lair Gadgets", "we", "us", "our"). We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from it, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the policies referenced here and available by link.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. They apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws, in your use of the site. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms may result in termination of your use of the site.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the site or its content without our written permission. SECTION 4 – CHANGES TO PRICES AND PRODUCTS

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Our products are printed to order. Production begins after you place your order, and delivery within the United States typically takes 7–13 business days. Returns are accepted only as described in our Refund Policy: we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect if you contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We do not offer exchanges.

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately, but your screen may not show colors exactly as they appear in person. Because each item is made to order, finished sizes may vary slightly from listed dimensions where a product listing says so.

We may limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion. Any offer for any product is void where prohibited.

SECTION 6 – CUSTOM ORDERS

We accept custom requests, such as adding a name to an existing design or creating a new design. We quote custom orders individually by email before production begins. By submitting a custom request, you confirm that you have the right to use any text, names, or images you provide. We do not reproduce trademarked characters, logos, or other copyrighted artwork, and we may decline any custom request at our discretion. Custom orders are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

SECTION 7 – ORDERS, BILLING, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address or phone number you provided. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Our site may link to or use third-party tools and websites, such as payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after you have submitted your order. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund your payment in full.
